You have already been entered into the system.

To access the test LOIs and ultimately the actual LOIs, when you log in you will select FORGOT PASSWORD. You will be sent a link to your email address to select a password that you will remember. Once you have done that, you will access the login screen again and enter your email and your new password and that should take you to the Grants Committee dashboard. You should see two test LOIs we’ve set up for you to get familiar with the system.
