Impactful Conversations, an initiative to learn about Martin County and the Treasure Coast’s most pressing challenges and opportunities in our 5 Focus areas: Arts & Culture; Environment, Preservation & Recreation; Education; Family; and Health & Wellness. We are committed to empowering our chapter through educating members as we fund solutions for the most pressing problems in Martin County. We are proud of the money we collectively steward.

Join us for a Community Program to gain a comprehensive overview of Martin County’s health landscape. The discussion will highlight successful public and private initiatives that are already making a difference, providing valuable context for future philanthropic efforts aimed at improving health and safety.

This program offers a comprehensive overview of Martin County’s health landscape. Attendees will gain an understanding of how local organizations collaborate to identify and address community needs. Keynote speaker Emily Carmichael, the Director of Health Planning at the Health Council of Southeast Florida (HCSEF) will share data-driven insights on the unique health needs of Martin County and its 4 contiguous counties.

The conversation is structured into three key sections, followed by a Q&A session to ensure a comprehensive and interactive experience.

The Health Council of Southeast Florida, will provide an overview of the county-wide health planning process. This session will help attendees understand the significant health risks that have been identified and the current areas of focus for improvement.

This discussion will shed light on how insights from daily EMS calls inform and develop new community health programs, highlighting the crucial link between emergency services and public health initiatives.
