Membership in Impact 100 Martin allows each of us to be part of a greater effort, funding significant community projects in a way none of us can do alone. It’s also a great way to learn about local nonprofits and to meet other dynamic women in the community. We invite you to discover more about us.

And our 2019 $100,000 Impact Grant Recipient is…

The Education Foundation of Martin County!   At our April 11th Grant Awards Celebration at Piper’s Landing Yacht & Country Club, Impact 100 Martin’s members cast their votes to choose the recipient of this year’s $100,000 Impact Grant.  Nearly 200 members and guests were on hand for the excitement, and to hear presentations from the three grant finalists as well as a moving talk about women in philanthropy from Impact 100 founder Wendy Steele.

The Education Foundation of Martin County received the $100,000 Impact Grant for its “EFMC PLAYS across the District” program (Purposeful Language Acquisition Yields Success)

The other two finalists were the Florida Oceanographic Society for “Living Shorelines to Save Our Waters” and Tykes & Teens for “Project TEACH” (Training and Educating All Child Healers); each received a $25,500 grant.

Thank you Wendy Steele, Founder of the Impact 100 movement for giving our Keynote address!!
