Join us and bring a friend to an empowering wellness event to help you make an Impact in the New Year – Mind | Body | Spirit
It’s the perfect time to step away from the desk a bit early and relieve some stress by learning new techniques. Spend a few hours in beautiful downtown Stuart at the Flagler Center. The program will begin promptly at 4pm.
The event focus is on wellness and self-care for the year of 2023. The event will include movement, sound therapy, and dynamic speakers. Come spend time with Impact and be EMPOWERED for the start of the new year! Please join us as we present the following speakers:
- Deena Rahill is a certified sound practitioner that provides a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. She is the creator and owner of HI Mindfulness forums. The practice of sound healing reduces stuck emotions, stress, anxiety and ignites creativity. Join us in a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation, a state of rest, and restoration.
- Katie Carroll is a certified yoga instructor and owner of LaLa hot yoga. She believes in the power of love contained within the human spirit as the spark that can ignite our true potential into being, seeking it within herself as well as encouraging and celebrating it in others. She will be sharing her yoga experience. Any yoga instruction will be chair yoga.
- Cristal Totterman, PharmD. Anti-aging Discussion is the owner and compounding pharmacist at Sewall’s Point Pharmacy & Compounding. She is a certified Hormone Replacement Therapy Specialist and is working on her Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Functional Medicine. She will be presenting on women’s health.
- Karen Moore, LCSW CEDS-S is the owner of Bloom Mental Health Healing. She believes everyone is worthy, important, and deserving of healing. She utilizes a variety of evidence-based, experiential, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based treatment approaches to provide effective change and healing for her clients. She will be presenting on unpacking emotions and healing.
Please plan to arrive early to settle in your space for the sound therapy. Keep in mind the session can’t be disrupted once it starts and you won’t want to miss it! If you find yourself arriving after 4pm, please wait outside the room until the next speaker is about to begin.
