All five committee meetings are in person, scheduled for 3 pm – 5 pm

August 28, 2025	Grant writing workshop 9:00 am – Children’s Services Council of Martin – 101 SE Central Parkway, Stuart, FL 34994
October 6, 2025	Visioning Team availability begins to nonprofits (ends November 21, 2025)
August 28, 2025	LOI available to nonprofits (due December 5. 2025)

December 3, 2025**	Committee Meeting/Training – Welcome & Overview for all members. Foundant training/login info; The Community Foundation of Martin-St. Lucie (TCFMSL) presentation discussing LOI evaluation process in detail; training packet on Grant Process, FAQ’s and how to get support (Will be on the committee webpage)
December 5, 2025	LOIs due from nonprofits
December 11, 2025	LOIs available in Foundant for committee to evaluate (scoring due January 15, 2026)

January 15, 2026 (9AM)	Committee Deadline: LOI scores due; (questions posted in Foundant)
January 21, 2026*****	Committee Meeting: Semifinalist selection meeting
January 22, 2026	TCFMSL notifies semifinalists to submit applications & videos – notify semifinalists of time and date for site visit

February 11, 2026**	Committee Meeting/Training – Application & Video training This meeting will be taped and posted on the grants committee page
February 18, 2026	Applications & Videos due from semi-finalists
February 20, 2026	Applications & Videos are posted in Foundant for committee to evaluate

March 4, 2026 (9AM)	Committee Deadline: additional questions for semifinalists due (posted in Foundant)
March 9-11, 2026	Site Visits
March 11, 2026	Answers to additional questions due from nonprofits to TCFMSL and financial documents reviewed and shared with committee
March 16, 2026 (9AM)	Committee Deadline: semifinalist application scores due
March 18, 2026*****	Committee Meeting: Finalist selection meeting
March 19, 2026	TCFMSL notifies finalists to prepare for the Grant Awards Celebration

April 16, 2026	Grant Awards Celebration: Finalist presentations and membership vote
April 22, 2026	Wrap Up Meeting: Close of grant cycle, committee survey, etc. (Not required, but we hope all can attend this final meeting at Northern Trust.)
