Grants Committee Information
Welcome new and returning grants committee members!
Please bookmark this page, add it to your home screen, or save the email with the website link. This page is only available to committee members and is not accessible from the website. Instructions on how to bookmark or add this page to your home screen are located in the FAQ sections below.
You will also find further down the page a video presentation instructing committee members on the use of the Foundant grant software, our 2022-2023 Calendar, Grant Roles & Responsibilities, and a committee member roster.
To start the Foundant training video, click the arrow in the middle of the screen. It’s best viewed in full screen mode. Pause the video by clicking anywhere on the video and click again to resume.
Full screen mode:
On your desktop or laptop computer, click the square on the bottom right hand side of the video.
To exit full screen mode, click ESC (Escape Key) on your keyboard. Usually located on the upper left-hand side.
On your phone or tablet:
Some browsers do not support full screen mode viewing. Otherwise, same as above. On some mobile devices the square will be replaced with arrows.
New Committee Members: You have already been entered in to the system. In order to access the test LOIs and ultimately the actual LOIs, when you log in you will select FORGOT PASSWORD. You will be sent a link to your email address to select a password that you will remember. Once you’ve done that, you will access the login screen again and enter your email and your new password and that should take you to the Grants Committee dashboard. You should see two test LOIs we’ve set up for you to get familiar with the system.
Returning Committee Members: Please enter your credentials from last year and log in. If you forgot your password, please use the “Forgot your Password?” link to reset your password.
Not Sure? If you think that you are already registered in the system, do not create a new account. Call The Community Foundation (772) 288-3795.

Instructions for Chrome are as follows: Once the login page loads, click on the star icon in the top right of the browser window. Give the bookmark a name (Grants Committee for example), and select a location where you would like the bookmark saved. Click Done.

The training deadline is midnight on January 3.
If your response is not received by the deadline you will not be eligible to continue with the grants process this year.
